IDEA is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered under the Societies Act under the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia
on 20 July 2015 with registration number 1487.
IDEA was founded by a group of religious teachers that graduated from Egypt, Thailand and Malaysia. The association is led by
Ustaz Muhd Jibril Bin Md Ali, who responsible for Cambodian Muslim community in order to help and give his people a simple life.

Islamic Development and Education Association of Cambodia (IDEA)
